Make sure to keep those firewire drives plugged in to your mac when you upgrade your OS to Panther, NICE "feature" helps you get rid of all your data off your firewire drives. At least Windows XP didn’t REMOVE data. Here is a link that has more info |

I went to a microsoft Security and Strategies Conference, and learned some news on there plans for future windows patches. They are going to put a "roll back or "undo" feature for all there patches, so if the new patch breaks something you can revert back to the old state and resolve your issue, then reapply. I think this might BITE them in the ass, cause if I were a Cyber Pirate, I would create my scripts/viruses/trojans to uninstall or "roll back" / "undo" patches similar to how some current ones disable Virus scanners and Firewalls. This is just my thoughts WHICH may not mean anything to you. But then why are you reading this... |

I came a cross a Vintage 1999 Crack Rock container and the cool thing is it STILL had some crack in it. I remember when we would go through about 13 of these a day to ease the pain of long hours. I wonder if these will ever come back in fashion. Crack Box
Open Crack Box with Rocks
You KNOW you want them. |

I finally got a cool worth something gadget from a Tech conference. A 64mb USB memory Pen by Wolverinedata! I know USB memory isn’t the newest technology, BUTT it was FREE and it is MINE NOW. It got my SEAL OF APPROVAL , for ONE reason... you say cause it writes in black, has 64mb of memory, supports windows 98SE and up, MAC OS 9.x and up, supports Linux 2.4x and up, or maybe cause it is SILVER. I say NOPE cause it was FREE!!!

Well this is sorta cool and sorta sad, but there are pretty nice fires here in the LA area. Ash is everywhere (and I don’t mean that crappy LA SMOG/rust/Chemical grit that gets on everything and settles like dust after a bad dust storm) I mean ASH like from a fireplace. Here is a picture taken on a drive toward the fire. If we were in TEXAS we would be called FIRE Chasers. |
