| Low Calorie Natural Pasta
1 Spaghetti Squash
Cut lenghtwise, remove seeds
BAKE: Cut-side down for 45 min, at 350 degrees.
Turn and bake untill skin is tender.
MICROWAVE: Cut-side down in 1/4 cup water covered with clear plastic wrap for 7-10 min.
BOIL: 20 min in 2inches of water.
With fork, release spaghetti-like strands of cooked squash. Add salt, pepper, bacon bits, parmesan cheese, etc... or serve with spaghettie sauce.
