Ingredients: 1.375 oz – Ground Shrimp (Camaron Molida) 4 Eggs
Directions: Separate the yokes from the eggs and set aside. Slightly scramble whites and add all of the ground shrimp. Next add yokes to the mix and scramble again. In a skillet with enough oil to coat the skillet at medium heat, cook small 6 inch patties similar as you would pancakes flipping to cook both sides. Serve with red enchilada chili or plain.
