One Large Onion 30 Corn Tortillas (regular 8 inch size) 1 lb Munster Cheese grated 20oz Enchilada Sauce
Chop the Onion and saute with 3 teaspoons of oil in a dutch oven pot. Cut the tortillas in 1 inch cubes and saute with Onions. After tortillas are slightly crisp, add Enchilada sauce and cheese and fold on medium heat. Serve when cheese is melted.
