1 lb. ground beef
1 jar Ragu spaghetti Sauce
2 cans tomato paste
1 pkg. powdered spaghetti sauce mix
1 box jumbo shell pasta
2 tubs ricotta cheese
2 16 oz pkgs. mozzarella, shredded
1 12 oz parmesan cheese, shredded
3-4 T Parsley flakes
2 eggs

Brown your ground beef, stir in spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and powdered sauce mix and heat thoughly. Cook pasta according to package directions and cool. in a bowl, mix together all the ricotta, 1 package of the mozzarella, one-half of the parmesan, parsley flakes and eggs. Layer part of your meet mixture in bottom of 9"x13" baking dish, stuff your shells with cheese mixture and layer on top of meat, layer on part of your mozzarella and parmesan, top of with another layer of meat mixture and mozzarella and parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
