4 Boneless Sirloin or Rib eye Steaks 2 Cups Spaghetti sauce (low carb) 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 1 Cup Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (4oz)
Season the Steaks,(to taste)with salt and ground pepper. In a 12 inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook steaks 4 minutes or until steaks are done, turning once. Remove steaks and set aside.
In the same skillet, stir in Spaghetti sauce and red pepper flakes. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for 2 minutes. Add steaks to the skillet, then top steaks with cheese. Cook Covered for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
