Ingredients:
8-12 Chopped Peeled Roasted Long Green Chiles (Hatch) 2 Cups Shredded Chaddar Cheese (8oz) 1 Medium Chopped Onion 1/2 Cup Original Bisquick 1 Cup Milk 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper 2 Eggs
Directions:
Preheat Oven at 400 Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4 inch). Sprinkle chiles, 1 1/2 cups of the cheese and onion in pie plate. In blender add Bisquick, milk, salt, black pepper, and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate evenly. Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese has melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. |
