2 Cups of Brown Rice (instant Pot Cup) 2 1/5 Cups Water (instant Pot Cup)
TO DOUBLE: 4 Cups of Brown Rice (instant Pot Cup) 5 Cups Water (instant Pot Cup)
Directions:
Add rice to the Instant pot being careful to remove any stray grains from the top edge of the inner pot. Add water.
Close and lock the lid.
Press [MANUAL] an then use the [-] button to choose 22 minutes pressure cooking time.
When the time is up let the cooker go into "keep warm" mode (this is what happens when the cook timer stops) then start a timer for 10 minutes.
When the 10 minutes is done press [CANCEL] and twist the steam release handle on the lid to "Venting" position. Make sure to keep your hand away from the vent hole.
