Crushed Tomatoes = 2 28oz cans (Pure tomotoes not from concentrate) Onion = 1 Small to Medium onion minced or 2 tbsp dried minced Beef = 1 lb Veal = 1 lb Basil = 1 Tbsp Oregano = 1 Tbsp Parsley = 1 Tbsp Bay Leaves = 3 Sea Salt = 1 tsp or to taste Garlic = 1 large clove minced or 1 tsp dried granulated Crushed Red Pepper = 1 tsp
Directions:
Brown meat in a large pot. When meat is almost done browning add minced onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent. Add tomatoes and all other ingredients and simmer for 1-6 hours.
