1 cup flour mix 8 tbs butter 1/3 cup powdered sugar dash of lemon and vanilla
Filling Ingredients:
3 eggs dash of vanilla 3/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup flour
Crust Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Slightly melt butter, mix all crust ingredients together and put in 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
Filling Directions:
Mix all filling ingredients together. After the crust has baked, let it cool and then pour filling on top. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Let cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
