Bread Stuffing Classic Better Homes and Gardens

Ingredients:
3 Tbls Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Butter or margarine
4 Cups Dry Bread Cubes (about 7 slices cut in 1/2 inch cubes)
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp poultry Seasoning
1/2 Tsp Ground Sage
2 to 4 Tbls water or Chicken Broth
1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
Directions:
Cook onion and celery in butter. combine with bread and seasonings. Toss with enough liquide to moisen.
Makes 3 cups stuffing or enought stuffing for 4 to 5 pound chicken. Double recipe for 10 pound turkey.
BELOW INGREDIENTS 5 Times FOR 20+ Turkey:

20 Cups Dry Bread Cubes (about 35 slices cut in 1/2 inch cubes)
1 1/4 Tsp Salt
1 1/4 Tsp Pepper
2 1/2 Tsp poultry Seasoning
2 1/2 Tsp Ground Sage
10 to 20 Tbls water or Chicken Broth
7 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
