Ingredients:
Poblano Peppers 2 4oz Cream cheese 1/2 Small onion 2tsp Salt 1/2 Milk 2 Cloves Garlic 1tsp Smoked paprika Lime juice to taste Cilantro *Optional Parmesan *Optional
Directions:
Roast the Poblano Peppers, peel skin and remove seeds. Place Poblano's, cream cheese, onion, salt, milk, garlic, Smoked paprika, and lime juice and blend till smooth. Simmer for 5 mins. Next make pasta. Add sauce to pasta. When serving add Parmesan cheese to finish if you want. |
