Ingredients:
1 Block of Velveeta cheese 1/2 Jar of Pace Picante sauce (Medium) 16oz (only use 8oz) 1/2 Bottle Hatch green chili 24oz (Only use 12oz) Little Milk or half and half
Directions:
Cut Velveeta in cubes, melt in pot. Add salsa, hatch chili. Add 1/4 cup milk. You can put it in the microwave to speed things up. Add more milk to get the cheese the consistency you want.
Put in Crock pot at warm.
Makes half a 5qt crock pot, double recipe to fill it up. |
