Ingredients: 3 tbsp butter Med Onion chopped 1 cup Jelpeno Peppers chopped 2 lbs Breakfast Sausage 1 tsp Garic Powder 1 tsp Black Pepper 12 eggs 1/2 Sour Cream 1/2 Whole Milk 3 Cups Shredded Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
In a skillet melt butter and sauté onion and Jalapeno. Cook Breakfast Sausage in the skillet and add the garlic powder and black pepper. Put this aside.
In a bowl, scramble all the eggs, sour cream, milk, and shredded cheese. Once mixed add the meat and veggies.
In a greased 9x13 pan, add the mixture and put in a the oven for 45 mins.
Serve or use as a meal prep. |
