3 eggs 1 1/2 Cup of milk or Soy Milk or Beer (no crap beer please) 1 1/2 Cup of Floor 2 tbs of oil 2 tbs of sugar (optional) Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS:
Blend everything and let sit for 1-2 hours… add a little bit of water if the dough is too thick. Use a 10” thick fry pan (they sell Crepes pan and works much better). When the sides start to change color, flip it and wait ½ the amount of time it took for the first side.
