Ingredients:
2 cups of rice 1/2 chopped onion 1/2 chopped tomato Salt (to taste)
**optional** chicken broth
Directions:
Brown rice in some oil, add onion and tomato. When a little brown add tomato sauce and water (enough water to go over rice). You can substitute water with chicken broth. When it starts to boil, bring flame down to be simmering for about 20 minutes, if it starts to dry up add a little more water. Taste the rice and see if it is not hard. If almost done turn flame off and cover with lid. Rice is done in 5 minutes after you close lid.
