Ingredients:
Pork - 1 pound (or the amount you would like) Garlic Cloves to your taste (pressed or smashed clove) 2 Bay Leaves Balsamic Vinegar Soy Sauce (to your taste)
Directions: In a large pot place the Pork, garlic, and Bay Leaves. Use 2/3 Balsamic Vinegar and 1/3 water, slightly covering the Pork. Add Soy sauce (to your taste). Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover. Do not stir the pork in the pot, just leave it be. Simmer for about 2 hours or until the liquid is 1/4 inch in the pot and the pork is cooked. Server with steamed rice.
