One 8 1/2 ounce Can: Water Packed Artichoke Hearts One 6 ounce Jar: Marinated Artichoke Hearts One 4 ounce Can: Green Chiles (diced) 6 TBLS: Mayonnaise 2 Cups: Monterey Jack Cheese (grated) 1 Package Tortilla chips
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and finely chop artichokes. Distribute evenly across bottom of well-greased 7 1/2" by 11" baking dish. Scatter chiles on top and spread the mayonnaise carefully over all. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes or untill bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
