Ingredients:
1 Rotisserie Chicken 3 Scallions 3 Celery Stalks 2 Dill Pickles 1 Green Apple 20 Medium red seedless grapes 1 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 cup pecan bits Salt (to taste) Fresh Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
De-bone chicken and dice into bite size. Mince scallions, tomato, celery, pickles, and apple. Cut grapes in half if grapes are too big then cut them in fourths. Add Salt, and fresh ground black pepper. Add 1/4 cup pecan bits or more to your liking. Add the mayonnaise and mix. Put salad in a pretty bowl and sprinkle pecan bits on top.
(You can add a little more of the ingredients that you like, mayonnaise also and pecans)
Serve with your favorite crackers or tostadas
